Emily's experiment

Emily brought an experiment to school to share with us.  It is called 'Oobleck' and is made with cornstarch and water.  It was fun to see how it has the properties of both a liquid and a solid.

    Well done Emily. Oobleck is very interesting, not a complete solid but not a complete liquid either!
